Karen M. Glueckert, Ph.D. is a Research Associate at the Evaluation Services Center (ESC) in the College of Education, Criminal Justice and Human Services (CECH). Ms. Glueckert has over 20 years of evaluation experience in K-12 education, including program development, implementation, and assessment within a continuous improvement framework, for both public and private schools. She has extensive experience as a teacher (teaching students in all grades from kindergarten through college undergraduates) and as a school principal (middle and high school). Ms. Glueckert's doctoral studies focused on qualitative, quantitative, and psychometric methods. Her expertise is in using mixed methods as well as both synthesis and meta-analysis of research. Her work focuses on the evaluation of program processes as well as program outcomes.
