DR. SCOTT BRESLER is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry. He obtained his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Georgia State University in 1995.

Dr. Bresler is Director of Inpatient Psychology at University Hospital and coordinates and implements psychology and neuropsychology assessments.

Dr. Bresler is Clinical Director of the Division of Forensic Psychiatry. In this role he provides fitness for duty evaluations, threat assessment consultation, and program consultation for varous corporate entities, police agencies and universities in the region. He perfoms forensic assessments in criminal and civil cases in the Cincinnati area and around the country.  He manages the day-to-day operations of a consultation and assessment service with many consultants affiliated with Division of Forensic Psychiatry including psychiatrists and psychologists.
