Todd C. Kelley, MD is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Urbana Illinois in 1997; and his Medical Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2003.  From there he completed 6 years of residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Univerity of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Ohio (2003 - 2009); 1 year adult reconstructive surgery fellowship at St. Joseph Hospital, Towson Maryland (2009 - 2010).

He is Board Certified through the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery; Subspecialty - Total Joint Replacement, Partial Knee Replacement.  (2012).
