Ms. Kishimoto has extensive experience in technology transfer and continuous quality improvement in mental health and corrections. She has experience at the program, agnecy and organizational levels of quality. Additionally, she brings her expertise in the treatment of co-occurring disorders, including serious mental illness, substance abuse and trauma interventions into corrections.
