Professional Summary


Professor Breanne Trammell received her MFA in Printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design and a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Arlington. Trammell’s studio practice explores objects and icons from popular culture, the confluence of high brow and low brow, and mines from her personal history. Her work has been exhibited widely and she has been an artist-in-residence at the Women’s Studio Workshop (Rosendale, NY), Kala Institute (Berkeley, CA), Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts (Nebraska City, NE), Ox-Bow School of Art (Saugatuck, MI) and others. Trammell has presented her work and teaching methodologies at conferences such as Southern Graphic Council International and Mid America Print Council.
