2014 -To Present Director, Testing Services & Enrollment Analysis, •Direct all activities of the Testing Services department: Placement Testing, Accommodated Proctoring, College Credit Plus Testing, CLEP, DSST, PearsonVue, Proctoring Services, Departmental Testing. •Work with faculty to implement new testing initiatives. •Serve as liaison for faculty and staff regarding advising and testing. •Query data related to testing and provide to other departments for decision making. •Coordinate national on-campus survey administrations. •Utilize Tableau to create enrollment data visualizations to assist with recruiting and retention efforts. •Manage Prior Learning Assessment and Transfer Credit Review processes. •Supervise Testing Services staff. •Manage departmental budget. •Working through certification process to become an NCTA certified Testing Center. •Manage administration of national surveys of students (SENSE). , University of Cincinnati Clermont College, Batavia, OH
