Alexa Baiardo Justice , MA

Alexa Justice (she/her or they/them) is an Investigator/Specialist in the Office of Gender Equity & Inclusion (“OGEI”) at the University of Cincinnati (“UC”). They have worked in OGEI since 2019, and previously served in the role as Administrative Coordinator. Alexa has been at UC since 2014 and before joining OGEI worked as a Program Coordinator both in the School of Design in the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning and in the Sociology Department in the College of Arts & Sciences. They also previously served on Administrative Review Committees for the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards from 2016-2019.
 
Alexa received their M.A. In History from Indiana University in 2014 and their B.A.s in History and Political Science from Boston University in 2012. They are currently pursuing their Ph.D. in Educational Studies in UC’s College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Resources. Their research interests include student conduct processes, Title IX, and gender equity and inclusion in higher education.
