Dania Abu-Alhaija is as an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing in the Occupational Health Nursing Program. She obtained the PhD Degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing. Her research interests are related to occupational health nursing, health promotion and disease prevention in the adult population, and cancer prevention. Dr. Abu-Alhaija is licensed to work as a Registered Nurse in Jordan since 2009 and in the United States since 2018. Her work experiences include working in acute- and floor-levels medical-surgical departments and research and academic settings. Dr. Abu-Alhaija has experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate nursing students in both clinical and didactic courses.
