Dr. Eli Awtrey (Ph.D., University of Washington) is an assistant professor of organizational behavior at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati. He conducts research about the experience of working in organizations, with a special focus on teamwork and positive organizational behavior. This includes topics such as leadership development, team composition and dynamics, decision making, and well-being.
