Research and Practice Interests

My reserach interests encompass eco-immunology in the context of sexual selection and behavior. Currently I am using the model species Schizocosa ocreata, the brush-legged wold spider, to investigate the relationships between bacterial infection, innate immune responses, and their costs on life history traits and behavior.
