As Deputy Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director of Information Technology at the University of Cincinnati, I lead enterprise IT strategy, operations, and governance across the main campus and regional campuses (UC Blue Ash and UC Clermont).

With 19+ years in higher education technology, I direct a high-performing team that delivers seamless classroom experiences, secure infrastructure, e-learning platforms, shared services, and robust information security. I also oversee the university’s ServiceNow platform, driving ITSM transformation, workflow automation, and the continued expansion of ServiceNow as our central platform for IT and academic service delivery.

My focus is strategic and hands-on: assessing institutional needs, designing innovative and cost-effective solutions, aligning leadership, and executing with precision. I partner closely with academic and administrative stakeholders to ensure technology empowers teaching, learning, research, and operations.


Energized by complex challenges and motivated by measurable impact, I’m passionate about leveraging tools like ServiceNow to streamline processes and elevate the experience of faculty, staff, and students.
