Matthew Beller

Matthew Beller will join CCM as its full-time HR Manager on Dec. 1, 2023. Beller spent the first decade of his career in video production and graphic design. Aiming to transition to a more people-focused profession, he has worked for five years as a recruiter, the past two with UC's Central HR Talent Acquisition team. At UC he has spearheaded outreach among veterans in our community through the Veterans Task Force and the Veteran Welcome Here initiative, and he proudly serves as a member of the UC Staff Senate and the DEI subcommittee.

In the spring of 2023, Beller completed his MAHR degree from UC and became a SHRM Certified HR Professional. When Beller isn't working, he enjoys collecting and watching foreign/art house films, traveling with his wife, hanging out with their two cats, and reading non-fiction books.
