Professional Summary

Personal Statement
My interest in medicine has always been driven by both curiosity and the satisfaction that comes from helping people directly. During college, I worked as a patient transporter, which gave me a unique chance to interact with patients one-on-one. Even in short moments—walking them through the hospital or waiting on an elevator—I found value in just being present, listening, and trying to make their day a little easier. Those experiences reminded me that small, consistent interactions can have a real impact, and that mindset continues to shape how I approach patient care today.

Why I Chose Cincinnati
I chose the University of Cincinnati Internal Medicine Residency because it offers the kind of balanced, supportive training environment I was looking for. During medical school here, I had the chance to work closely with the residents and faculty, and I consistently saw a program that values both clinical excellence and professional growth. The culture is collaborative, the teaching is strong, and the patient population provides a wide range of pathology that keeps learning both practical and meaningful. Having already built relationships within the system, I felt confident that this was the best place to continue my training and take the next step in my career
