I am the Director of State Performance Outcomes with AmeriHealth Caritas and a Doctor of Healthcare Administration. Previously, I was Manager of Analytics for Southeastern Health Partners, Senior Manager of Data & Analytics at Buckeye Health Plan, and a Health Services Policy Analyst with the Ohio Department of Health. I have over 19 years of experience in population health and public health analytics and 11 years of experience in managed care and healthcare analytics. I am also an adjunct assistant professor in Healthcare Informatics at the University of Cincinnati.

I received my B.A. in Sociology from Berea College in Berea, KY, with a minor in Spanish in 2004. I then received my M.A. in Sociology from The Ohio State University in 2006. I returned for a graduate certificate in Maternal and Child Health Epidemiology through a joint program between the University of Arizona and the University of Kentucky. In 2017, I earned a Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) credential from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). Then, in 2018, I became an approved trainer in the CHDA curriculum. In the spring of 2025, I completed a Doctor of Healthcare Administration (DHA) at Franklin University.

I am a member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and an advisory group volunteer, and I am also a board member of the Ohio Health Information Management Association (OHIMA) for the past several years.
