Professional Summary
Dr. Sule Dogan has been in the IVF field since 2007, she has served as embryologist, lab supervisor and lab director roles. After completing her Andrology and Embryology training, she worked at the IVF Clinic of Dokuz Eylul University Medical School between 2007 and 2009. Dr. Dogan joined IVF Michigan Fertility Centers as an embryologist in May 2013. She started serving as the quality control and laboratory supervisor in 2015 and then became the laboratory director in 2019. She served as the director of laboratory operations in many locations of IVF Michigan and IVF Ohio Fertility Centers (Newly Pinnacle Fertility) until Feb 2026. She has established andrology and embryology laboratories, trained numerous andrologists and embryologists, and holds ABB certifications as a TS in Andrology and Embryology and as an HCLD. In May 2026, Dr. Dogan joined the UC Center for Reproductive Health as the REI Laboratory Director, further expanding her leadership in reproductive laboratory medicine. She has many publications in international journals, including many book chapters. Dr. Dogan has been serving as a reviewer for scientific journals and conferences since 2010 as well as a member of CRB credentialing commitee since 2025.
