Professional Summary
Dr. Tanara Ellis is a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry health sciences and biology-biomedical sciences from The University of Central Oklahoma. In 2023, she graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy. Tanara is passionate about advancing patient care and working with underserved patient populations to promote health equity. Her passion led her to pursue a PGY1 Community Pharmacy Residency with The City of Cincinnati Health Department. Areas of interest for her include, substance use disorders, chronic disease state management, and advocating for the pharmacy profession. She looks forward to spending the next year in Cincinnati and exploring all the city has to offer!
