Professional Summary

The Simulation Center is dedicated to introducing, developing and evaluating a variety of clinical skills for students in the health care professions.  The Center was created in 2001 and at the time I served as a standardized patient and was involved in the pilot programs for many of the cases we still use today. After 7 years in the standardized patient program, I joined the staff of the Simulation Center.  As the Program Coordinator, my duties involve preparing the Center for a variety of simulation activities.  This would involve set up/tear down for specific sessions, interacting with students and faculty, monitoring inventory and serving as the liaison between the Center and our medical students.

With the other members of our TEAM, I look forward to serving the learners that pass through our Center and with providing them with the best possible simulation experience to meet course objectives.
