Professional Summary

Danny Foster (He/Him/His) is a doctoral student in Educational Studies with a concentration in Educational Policy and Higher Education. Danny received his Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University (’14) in Secondary Education and his Master’s degree from Texas A&M University (’16) in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education. Danny currently works as an Assistant Director in the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards at UC where he works with students who are alleged to have violated university policies and provides support to academic partners to navigate the process for Academic Misconduct. Danny’s research interests include masculinity development and policy, specifically Danny wants to focus on how masculinity impacts policy and in turn how policy impacts non-heterosexual, trans/cisgender men.
