Professional Summary

Carley Grogan holds the positions of Institutional Accreditation Coordinator and Program Manager of Graduate Medical Education at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center (UCH/UCCOM).

In addition to her roles at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Carley is the Director of Operations for the nationally recognized Advance PHM organization and The EVOLVE Fellowship program. The Advance PHM organization is dedicated to achieving equity in pediatric hospital medicine, while the EVOLVE Fellowship focuses on helping to develop future leaders equipped to address evolving workforce and workplace challenges in the field.

She plays a pivotal leadership role in several additional key committees, the Accreditation Committee, the Assessment Committee and is a member of the Graduate Medical Education Committee. While also overseeing the Program Coordinator Advisory Committee.

She is currently assisting with strategic initiatives to enhance both operational and organizational efficiency by building documentation systems, updating critical records, and optimizing resources within UC Health's Graduate Medical Education programs. Which deeply reflects her commitment to sustainable improvement and institutional integrity

Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in several key initiatives. She has successfully led multiple accreditation projects, while ensuring compliance and alignment with national accreditation standards and sustainable improvements while fostering a culture of accountability and educational excellence.

Carley’s commitment to professional development is evident in her efforts to create and implement innovative training that fosters continuous improvement and excellence in others within graduate medical education. While her dedication to quality improvement is reflected in numerous projects that have led to operational efficiency, strategic planning, and collaborative leadership.

Carley holds a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
