Hope Marie Hafner

Dr. Hope Hafner, a native of northeast Ohio, earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Cleveland State University in 2019. At the time, she had been working as a pharmacy technician at Giant Eagle for nearly 4 years. She then advanced her pharmacy career by enrolling in the Doctor of Pharmacy program at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). During her time at NEOMED, she developed a passion for serving vulnerable populations, particularly the elderly. As a pharmacy intern at NEOvations Pharmacy Services LLC, she gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive medication reviews and therapy optimization counseling to older adults. Dr. Hafner graduated from NEOMED in 2024 and now practices at Medication Managers LLC and Lifeline Pharmacy, continuing her dedicated service to this patient population.
