As Program Director for the CCTST Center for Improvement Science, research, teaching, and consultative services focus on the facilitation and  support of collaborative projects, especially those that involve academic-community partnerships, cross-disciplinary partnerships, and those that help to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity across our institutional partners. As a member of the Team Science Faculty, focus is on the creation of Collaboration and Team Science content for academic courses and customized workshops, as well as the development of asynchronous material to support teams, and the management of logistics for and marketing of collaboration and team science workshops. Research is focused on the development and validation of Collaboration Planning and Team Science competencies.
