In my current role as Program Coordinator, I provide strategic leadership in managing student compliance with critical requirements to ensure readiness for clinical placement. Serving as a key liaison among students, faculty, administrators, and clinical partners, I guide students through essential processes including immunizations, background checks, and health screenings.
I lead compliance initiatives, develop targeted communication and education strategies, and create resources that promote student success. With a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and innovation, I also supervise student workers and foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
