Research program focused on partnering with communities to develop interventions to promote health equity. Current projects target Latino immigrant health and participatory research with immigrants and refugees in Cincinnati. Research and Practice Interests

Broadly, I am interested in utilizing community-engaged research methods to address health disparities. Currently, I have two major strains of research. First, I am working with the Latino immigrant community investigating links between social connection and health outcomes. Second, I work with Cincinnati-area immigrants and refugees to promote civic engagement.
