Emma May Jenkins

Emma Jenkins (she/her) is the Case Manager in the Office of Gender Equity & Inclusion ("OGEI") at the University of Cincinnati ("UC"). Emma enjoys being a point-of-contact for the UC community, specifically in regards to sex- and gender-related concerns.

Additionally, Emma serves as a DVERT Advocate with Women Helping Women where she responds on-scene to domestic violence 911 calls alongside Cincinnati Police Districts 1-5. Before joining OGEI, Emma worked in K-12 education where she focused primarily on crisis intervention and support for students in temporary placement.

Emma earned her B.S. in Journalism from Ohio University. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Educational Studies in UC’s College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Resources.
