Research and Practice Interests
Ellie Johnson is a senior research coordinator in the StrokeNet Imaging Management Center at the University of Cincinnati. She has been involved in scientific research and science communication since 2011, when she started as an undergraduate researcher. She earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Kentucky in 2021 and has spent most of her career researching different neurological conditions. Currently, she serves as the primary imaging project for the StrokeNet Thrombectomy Endovascular Platform (STEP) trial, a study including multiple EVT-related trials.
