Jason Jones is the IT Support Analyst for the Carl H. Lindner College of Business (LCB) at the University of Cincinnati. Jason is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, KY. who earned his BS in July, 1995. Jason is responsible for assisting the Helpdesk with third-level support as well as assisting the IT department with documentation needs. Jason is also in charge with helping staff/faculty when purchasing needs arise. Jason"s IT career spans more than 16 years and comes to us from Cengage Learning where he assisted professors and students in solving their IT issues.
