Within Convergys, Steven is responsible for Global Performance Improvement, the Convergys Global Operating Model and COPC Certification and Compliance across all 150+ Convergys service centers in 30+ countries. Prior to Convergys; Steven was the Global Director of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS). SIS was acquired by Atos Origin to form AtoS International on July 1, 2011. He then went on to serve as a Senior Improvement Manager of multiple Global Business Units. External to Convergys, Steven has been a member of the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals, the American Society for Quality and the Project Management Institute. He earned a B.A. in Communications from The University of Cincinnati, an Executive MBA from Xavier University of Ohio and completed his international business studies at Sophia University in Tokyo. Additionally, Steven is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Business and Instructor of Lean Six Sigma at Cincinnati State Workforce Development center.
