Glenna Kersten

Professor Kersten is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Nursing in the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Cincinnati, College of Nursing. She has maintained board certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) for over 15 years. Professor Kersten has practiced extensively throughout the United States providing evidence-based care to women including areas of Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, New York City, and now residing in Colorado. Prior to joining the faculty team in the Women's Health Program, Professor Kersten began working as an adjunct instructor in 2009 and values the knowledge she has acquired from both a student and teaching perspective. She plans to remain at the forefront in advancing the nursing profession both clinically and academically.
