I aspire to be part of a large, multidisciplinary academic environment. While I am committed to clinical excellence, I am looking for a program that will both set me up for a successful career and support me in going above and beyond for my patients. I hope to use my lived experiences, both personal and professional, to uplift those I encounter.
Why I Chose Cincinnati
Cincinnati’s program had so much I was looking for – a strong academic training environment, lots of opportunities for research and networking, and a huge emphasis on resident learning and education. Most importantly, of all the programs I was interested in, Cincinnati stood out because of its people – I remember thinking during my interview that the residents were genuinely excited to be sharing their program with us, and I could feel the camaraderie during their interactions. I was excited to join a program where everyone was looking out for each other under the leadership of a passionate program director like Dr. Warm. I couldn’t be happier to have matched here!
