Susan Kresser

Susan Kresser Susan Kresser joined CCM's staff in October 2022 and serves as Associate to the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Assistant Dean of Student Services. In her role, she supports academic operations, student success initiatives, strategic projects, and administrative processes.

Prior to joining CCM, Susan held administrative and operational support roles with Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and UC Health, including support of Graduate Medical Education (GME) academic programs and executive leadership. Her professional experience spans healthcare and higher education administration, with a focus on operations, project coordination, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

Susan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
