Professional Summary

Why I Chose Cincinnati
When I was applying for residency, one of the factors that was important to me was the culture and people of the program. There will be trying times in residency no matter where one trains, so I was looking for a program with a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture. Cincinnati also offers excellent clinical training that strongly prepares one for independent practice or fellowship post-residency. During my interview day, one of the things that stood out to me compared to the other programs I interviewed at was the modern, progressive approach Dr. Warm took while he described Cincinnati's program to the applicants. As a renowned leader in medical education, Dr. Warm drew me into his presentation with his personable, unique presenting style that underscores the outstanding teaching and clinical training Cincinnati's internal medicine residency program provides.
