He has had experience in organizational consultation and program evaluation, and s the former Director of Undergraduate Studies. Currently he is coaching the incoming director of undergraduate studies and directing the advising functions of the Psychology department.

Other Information
As director of undergraduate studies, psychology I recruit, train and supervise other advisors; monitor certification of majors; advise students; monitor course enrollments; develop curriculum and plan course scheduling; interact with college staff and regional college faculty
As assistant department head I take on assignments given to me by the department head and provide solicited and unsolicited advise. As someone who gets to the office very early I make sure there is paper in the copier and that the coffee room/kitchen on my floor is clean.
