Visiting Assistant Professor
Dr. Lanman completed her Masters in Mental Health Counseling (2005) and Doctorate in Counselor Education (2011) at the University of Cincinnati after previous training and/or work experience in music (BA), arts administration (MA) and arts education (elementary education teaching certificate). Her continuous clinical counseling experience over the past eleven years has taken place in both community mental health and private practice settings. Her clinical interests and experience include working with adults, couples and adolescents in the areas of grief, anger response, relationship issues and anxiety. In addition to her clinical work, she was previously Visiting Professor at Northern Kentucky University and Adjunct Professor at Xavier University, teaching a variety of courses within the counseling curriculum.
