Professional Summary

My primary research aims to develop novel therapeutic approaches (including gene-based or cell-based methods) for treating ischemic heart disease. Specifically, I focus on regenerating cardiomyocytes and vascular cells through engineering stem/progenitor cells or direct cellular reprogramming. Additionally, I investigate the molecular and epigenetic mechanisms of cell fate conversion using next-generation sequencing techniques.
