Professional Summary

Chao B. Li, who holds a Ph.D. in English from Miami University (2003), is an Associate Professor of English at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College (since 2005). His teaching repertoire includes English Composition, American Literature, and Introduction to Literature. Dr. Li’s primary research explores post-1945 American literature and culture. He has authored scholarly articles on postcolonialism, diasporic Chinese literatures, and William S. Burroughs, and has frequently presented at national and international conferences on a wide range of canonical and contemporary authors, including F. Scott Fitzgerald, Toni Morrison, William Gaddis, Don DeLillo, and Thomas Pynchon.
