Yanran Liu received her Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems at the Center for Digital Innovation, Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University. Her expertise lies in digital innovation, bots, digital business strategy, and digital transformation of retailers to omnichannel retailing. She has used diverse research methods, including set-theoretic approaches, econometrics, and computational techniques, in her research.
