Research and Practice Interests

My areas of research interest involve the intersection of culture and gender in regards to the exposure of women to HIV. I also have interests in afro-feminism and deconstructing institutionalized practices that could play a role in the health of women and families.

2018 -To Present Junior Research Associate , As a Jr. Research associate, my work involves; qualitative(focus group, observations etc) and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting; management of undergraduate and graduate students; and other evaluation activities. , Evaluation Services Center, University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH

2016 -2018 Graduate Research Assistant, My work as GA involved the entry, cleaning, and organization of quantitative and qualitative data. Additional tasks included a formulation of literature reviews on social and economic needs of older adults in America. , Miami University, Oxford, Ohio
