Thomas Charles Maloney, MS

Tom has more than a decade of experience in image processing and statistical analysis of functional and structural MRI.  He is an experienced programmer in multiple languages, including Python, Bash and R.  Tom enjoys constructing complex image analysis workflows and pipelines for large imaging studies.  He also enjoys creating image analysis algorithms to extract quantitative features from imaging datasets. He is currently working toward his PhD in Biomedical Informatics and hopes to leverage the growing number of imaging datasets, along with advances in machine learning and computation.
