Dr. Maltbie has coordinated numerous evaluations for projects related to K-16 education, educational technology and STEM education.  She has a unique combination of educational and industry experience; a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an Ed.D. in the Educational Studies – (cognitive and social aspects of instruction).  She has taught Human Learning, Assessment & Evaluation and Statistics courses.

2000 -To Present Research Associate - Evaluation Services Center, Responsibilities include coordinating, managing, and supporting projects sponsored by clients of the Center. Demonstrated qualitative research skills, as well as, organization and managerial skills while providing high quality, timely, results. Projects funded both publicly and privately on the national, state and local levels. Specifically, as an evaluator, I have worked with numerous researchers to study and improve K-16 education.
