Professional Summary
Ron graduated from Indiana State University with a BS in Manufacturing Management/Graphic Arts. He later studied at the University of Cincinnati earning a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting. He is currently an Adjunct Instructor at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business teaching courses in Entrepreneurship. Ron’s professional experience includes more than 20 years in the printing industry in a variety of capacities including sales and management. Following his career at established firms, Ron became an entrepreneuer, founding several companies. He is currently the founder and principal of a consulting firm, The Ridge Group, which provides fractional CFO services to small businesses, and is a co-founder of two technology start-up companies.

Venture For America (Venture for America is a Fellowship program for recent college graduates to launch their careers as entrepreneurs. Fellows spend two years in the trenches of a startup in one of 15 U.S. cities, where they learn how to build a business while making an impact.
