Kiana Million is a dynamic higher education leader with over 20 years of experience in academic support and administration. As program director of the Faculty Affairs team in the College of Nursing, she provides strategic leadership across clinical clearance supervision, degree credentialing, course orders, and clinical request management. Kiana is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where faculty, staff, and students feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
