Jonathan Morgan, MBA, MSc.

Jonathan is an influencer in the justice reform space and a frequent speaker at national conferences. He is the co-founder of JustDatalytics, a research and consulting firm. He is also a PhD student and Dean's Fellow in Criminal Justice at University of Cincinnati.

Serving as Founder and Executive Director of Florida Justice Center, the state's only legal aid organization dedicated to helping justice-involved people overcome legal barriers to success, Jonathan positively impacted over 12,000 lives.

Jonathan holds Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Criminal Justice degrees. Jonathan also earned Graduate Certificates in Correctional Rehabilitation and Data Analytics (exp. December 2026).
