Professional Summary

Bice Peruzzi is a Ph.D. candidate in Classical Archeology writing a dissertation on burial customs in Apulia. She holds a B.A. in Classics from the University of Perugia anda M.A in Classical Archaeologyfrom the University of Padua.
She has done field work in Turkey (Gordion), Greece (Corinth) and especially in Italy (Etruria, Pompeii, and various sites in Southern Italy).
Her professional interests include ancient pottery technology, iconography, the archaeology of southern Italy, Etruscology, funerary ideology, the creation of social identity in ancient societies, and cultural heritage policy.
