Professional Summary

As a faculty member at the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, I have a strong commitment to pedagogy, and integrating technology innovations into my classrooms. As a facilitator, I strive to provide my students with the tools necessary to think critically and solve problems.  My goal is to provide an engaging classroom experience that encourages each student to become an active participant with an improvement of student learning outcomes. Areas of interest:  Wound Care, Rehabilitation, Geriatrics and Nursing Home Administration / Operations/ Leadership. I have been recognized for Innovative Practice by the Cincinnati Business Courier and am a member of Beta Iota Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International. I am interested in furthering the professional development of healthcare professionals through education and documentation standardization, specifically related to wound care.
