Kaylynn Hill (She, Her, Hers) has been at University of Cincinnati since 2023. Kaylynn is a dedicated higher education professional who works to eliminate barriers for students and finds new ways support them by bridging equity gaps and finding sustainable avenues of support for those who need it the most.
Kaylynn currently serves as Assistant Director of Retention and Student Support. Kaylynn historically has worked with academic alert, academic probation, and university suspension and dismissal students. Kaylynn also supports those students who are chronically/ acutely ill, those needing accomodations, and those facing homelessness or food insecurity.
