Randall J. Rowe II, PhD is Assistant Professor - Educator of Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies in the Department of Asian, East European and German Studies at the University of Cincinnati.
He is the principal instructor of UC's Russian language and culture courses. He is also the Lead Instructor and Director of the UC STARTALK Russian Language Program. His areas of expertise are Cultural studies, power dynamics in society, Russian and Polish literature, film and media.
