Professional Summary
Nazek Salem, PharmD, earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy in 2007. During pharmacy school, she gained valuable experience at Mercy Hospital Fairfield and, after graduation, accepted a position as a staff pharmacist with Kroger Pharmacy. Dr. Salem worked at Kroger until 2019. Encouraged by a consulting pharmacist colleague to explore a different career path within pharmacy, she is currently completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency through the University of Cincinnati in
partnership with Medication Managers LLC/Lifeline Pharmacy. Her goal is to build a rewarding, self-directed career in pharmacy.
