Maggie Schweitzer has been working for UCCI since 2014. She began her career at UCCI working on Training Logistics, moved into a Program Manager then a Business Manager for UCCI in 2019 where she starting working with budgets on projects. Over time, Maggie has moved into a leadership role at UCCI overseeing all financial aspects of the institute. This includes UCCI strategic planning and budgeting, contract execution and budget tracking, payroll planning and processing for UCCI staff, proposal and RFP contribution and leadership and supervision of UCCI Program Director and Manager. Maggie earned her Bachelors of Business in Supply Chain Management from Miami University and, prior to working at UCCI, worked in automotive manufacturing and warehousing industry.
