Nate Lee Sexton

Dr. Nathan Sexton is a Visiting Associate Professor - Educator in the Department of Pstcology. He holds a Master's in Organizational Ledership from Gonzaga University and a Ed.D in Organizational Leadership. from Universty of LaVerne. His research interests include authentic leadership, organizational culture, and innovation. 

Dr. Sexton worked for twenty plus years in Supply Chain holding a number of senior leadership positions in the areas of operations management, operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. He had his own consulting company that focused leadership development and leadership coaching. Dr. Sexton began working as an adjunct over ten years ago as he worked to transition into full-time academia.
