Susan H. Stephan, J.D., LL.M., serves as the Director of the Master of Legal Studies Program at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She has taught as adjunct law faculty since 2001 in areas including antitrust, intellectual property, information security, federal privacy, cyberlaw, blockchain and cryptocurrency law, workplace technology, alternative dispute resolution, law and economics, administrative law, workers’ compensation, and labor and employment law. Stephan also is active in the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Cyberspace Law Committee, Consumer Privacy & Data Analytics Subcommittee, and Digital Media Subcommittee. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Northwestern University, a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline College of Law, a Master of Arts from New York University, and an LL.M. in Information Technology Law at the University of Edinburgh Law School. She also holds a Certificate in Online Distance Education from the University of Minnesota.
